The position:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead our people strategy and operations and align people strategies with business growth. You will oversee HR operations and talent acquisition, drive employee engagement and support leadership development, and employee engagement, and ensure HR excellence across the organization. You will be part of a growing, innovative company that values people, and lead an HR team while driving meaningful changes with direct business impact.

This role requires hands-on leadership, proven HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience, talent acquisition experience, strong familiarity with global Compensation and Benefits practices and at least three years of experience leading HR teams  in fast growing startups.

A day in the life:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee development and engagement.
  • Lead talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support leaders in performance management, career development and retention strategies
  • Oversee and improve HR operations, systems (e.g., BambooHR, Meckano) and compliance across all locations..
  • Implement programs to foster employee well-being, inclusion, and a values-driven culture

You bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience leading HR teams in a tech or high-growth environment.
  • 3+ years as an HRBP with a strong grasp of organizational dynamics
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Experience in a global or high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS platforms.
  • Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
